The illustrations are amazing. Granted, it's still work, but even professionals have found that adapting a commercial wig may be the way to go.
The whole book is really wonderfully illustrated. We dont like to admit it is true or admit that we are shallow and superficial, but as a society, we are. All the tips and advice about taking the time to write a letter with care and love. All with a positive message.. For example, the path the soul takes in the original tale is less sugar-and-spice perpetual happiness and more a fascinating look at the beauty inherent in birth itself. Good and bad, and gives remedies. Corrigan contrasts her love for her father, which is total and unrestrained, to the love for her mother which has limits. Escape from Baxter's Barn is a fun read and a prime example of the charm and heart that can be found in a well written animal tale. Read from time to
