The problems this book attempts to address are not easy; solving them requires a lot more than a tools overview. I recommend that if you are interested in learning about Seam, just check out the online docs. Given the aggrevated assault-and-battary and murder during mindless anger during the Christmas shopping sprees, Father Merton's book is a reminder of what Advent is, and what it is not.
