REVIEW :
I highly recommend it. FOr those who enjoy true crime, they won't be disappointed by Schechter's ability to convey the world over a 100 years ago. Well written, easy read. That is the reason that I accept it as useful but average.. My reviews accurately reflect my views on this product and any 5 star product I would recommend to both my friends and family as well as purchase at full price. I also learned about how to ask for three times the lost amount. There's something about that nostalgic time of the 40's, 50's, and 60's, when it comes to "roadside attractions". This would be a really good reference book for getting across something witty during awkward silences on dates or could be used in meetings, I'm going to keep my copy at work close at hand.
The undertone of these little bits of humour is quite bleak, lots on divorce and boyfriends being bastards. This is so helpful.
