The former is an unique and philosophical study in harmony, the latter a more common harmony textbook,but nevertheless very succint and well organized.
I also bought many other music books. It's all in here. A good history book will always generate in the reader's mind parallels to contemporary events. Reading the workbook this morning boosted my gratitude practice.
I especially liked Nina's ideas about reframing negative statements into positive ones.
