About the AuthorPatricia C. Marden is an elementary teacher at Belleview Elementary School, Englewood, CO, and recipient of the 1991 Colorado Educator Award. She has been a teacher and administrator since 1970.

Suzanne I. Barchers, EdD, is the author of two college textbooks, over 20 readers theatre and teacher resource books, and more than 100 educational books for children. She is past president of the Association of Educational Publishers and serves on the PBS Kids Next Generation Advisory Board. Barchers has served as a public school teacher, affiliate faculty for the University of Colorado-Denver, acquisitions editor for Teacher Ideas Press, editor and chief of Leapfrog, and managing editor at Weekly Reader. Book came in very good condition.. Most books are simply rah-rah for homebuying (and selling), but this one is more sensitive to individual's situations.

There is no ONE book that will tell you everything you need to know about being a real-estate investor, but this one is a good place to start, particularly for people with realistic and modest goals. I also found it easy to adapt these lessons for my own unique class. This book is certainly not as detailed as other textbooks on the subject, but it does provide a simple introduction to project management. Her husband's kindness and acceptance of her craziness makes the reader love him even more. I would have liked to see more discussion into some of the Hebrew words and phrases.
