Interesting.. I had to find this book by doing a google search of "Gerald Bordner." Then, google showed it was available on Amazon (!) and a link brought me here to buy it.
I own book one by GeraLd Bordner - purchased from Amazon - and it is great. Apparently there is a minimum of three days from the time something happens and when the Red Cross and National Guard get there to start helping people. I loaned my copy of the book to a neighbor who is a big Miami fan. The best part of this text is the highly detailed examples that sometimes occupy four pages.. Many of Foster’s own writings, and those of his contemporaries, are presented verbatim.
