I just finished the gut-wrenching story of James N. It was very much state of the art when it was written in 1991. For example, it spends ample time on subjects like "Buying Your First Home," buying a home with bad credit, "Land Contract and Lease Purchases," etc. I do agree that you should you look your best, but there were too many clothing don'ts. This is pure applied social science.
Though this book did not 'revolutionize' the way I manage, like Blanchard/ Hersey's 'Management of Organizational Behavior,' or Aubrey Daniels' 'Bringing Out the Best in People' did, this is a very useful book. What's more, the two dvds are included with the book.
