I didn't understand the style of the bookis it a story or just another book in the market. It is a lot of fun to talk about, but I'm not certain that it actually fits the dating advice genre for a female. Still, I have enjoyed having this source of information on such widely ranging topics.. The difference between she and I was that I allowed myself to be bullied by the cancer medical industry, and she didn't. This book showed me that I could at least try to do something to help myself. I would say 30-40% of these recipes, I've seen similar recipes before (elsewhere). I do agree that you should you look your best, but there were too many clothing don'ts.
