Interesting book but seems fairly redundant to what can be sourced from the internet. I had the usual courses in college preparing me to teach, among other things, brass, woodwinds, strings, and percussion.. I loved the way that it tied up both story lines in such an incredibly believable manner. I would say 30-40% of these recipes, I've seen similar recipes before (elsewhere).
