It's almost like reading someones personal diary with their most personal thoughts about the events that occurred.

Some thoughts from the book:
- At 19 or 20 we all think we are indestructable (aka the "Superman Complex"). The research is extraordinary and gives the reader an indepth look at this one slice of the pie of a very specific period in the history of golf and those who shaped the game. Great. Mark Phillip's book is one long desired by society. I love the way the authors have taken so many of the compelling and salient findings from the field of positive psychology and translated them into effective techniques and applications for coaches. The author tells the story of the journey, based on local accounts and Washington's diary and as he goes he describes which buildings still exist, what name a town is known by today, etc. I can't wait for the next book, which p
