Celia Alexander assumed she had faced the ultimate test of faith when her husband, Khalil, went to prison, and she's still trying to get her life back to normal in spite of her inability to forgive him. When she discovers that her husband is somehow connected to the disappearance of a young girl in Detroit, Celia soon discovers evil has no boundaries. She revitalizes a search that may be more than she can handle. Khalil Alexander may be incarcerated, but he is far from confined. He has created an unusual business operation to feed his disturbed mind and fund his quest to be released. With a family in turmoil, their daughter, Kaleia, hides her pain like a well-worn diary. The troubled sixteen-year-old heads down a destructive path, invisible in plain sight. While mysteries unravel and truths are unveiled, Celia learns that her family's peace will depend on faith and wisdom.
Editorial :
For example, the chapter about suspensions: I found it of more immediate understanding from some other books, again such as Paul Sturman's 'Harmony, melody, composition', where all that is needed to
understand how suspension work, is a bare example of three chords written in minims. Politics not science. think-again. It's not a genre I normally care for, but the short lengths of the books and Baxter's epic sweep make him concentrate on the grand sweep of history, not the minutae of daily life in any one era. There are so many other calendars I've bought over the years that are far more beautiful.. The author tells us how they formed a pack, how the pack hunts caribou and other animals, and how they migrate to summer and winter homes. Some of the resources I have seen play on people's fears for the worst. I read it cover to cover and plan to share and dog-ear the pages extensively..
