I still learn a lot from it, and the detailed, very professional explanations plus the inclusion of two dvds makes this book very, very hard to beat. Also, as someone who has never found and developed office space, this book lays out a very clear step-by-step way of doing it. I just finished Zakheim's book and came to my computer to find reviews in the hope that others' reviews would help me refine my opinions about the value of Dr. Corrigan, a young wife and mother in her thirties faces her own mortality with a breast cancer diagnosis.
